How to Duplicate a Campaign

Have an active campaign that you'd easily like to duplicate and edit for a different audience?

You can easily copy over the messages and workflow within your Campaign Manager.

First navigate to the 'Campaigns' page from your menu.

Then click the 'Copy' icon to the right of the campaign you'd like to duplicate.

You will then need to double-check and update any campaign details.

Please Note: the campaign type (Sequential or Scheduled) can not be changed from the original set-up.

You will then be asked to choose the tags associated with this campaign to confirm which groups of recipients should receive these messages.

Finally, you'll need to review, edit and save the messages to get them scheduled and ready to send.

Note: Advanced Actions are specific to individual campaigns AND individual messages. Since this duplicated campaign is a new campaign and are new messages (and likely unique tags from the previous campaign), you will need to rebuild any advanced actions on the new campaign.
