Adding Task Reminders to Your Campaigns

Want to set easy reminders for yourself to complete tasks for your contacts outside of Connect 365?

It's simple with our Reminder feature.

What are some examples of tasks?

Let's say you wanted to send connection requests on LinkedIn to contacts that recently received an email from your Connect 365 campaign.

Or maybe you want to give yourself a reminder to call a list of contacts that just completed your messaging sequence.

Or maybe you want to give yourself a list of contacts that had received a message from you so that you can send them a Fruit Basket.

Whatever the situation - task reminders are simple ways to send yourself a note as well as the list of contacts that would be eligible.

How do I create task reminders?

Simple.

Reminders have to be based off of a message in a campaign.

Once you have a message created in your campaign, you should see a small bell icon to create a reminder.

From there you can set the Title of that reminder so you can easily distinguish it.

Then you are able to create a snippet of text to put into your reminder. This is usually meant to describe the action or task you want to complete.

You can then choose how many days after the message in your campaign you want to receive the task reminder. (this is the amount of days from when they have received the message in your campaign that the reminder is set for)

Once contacts have received this message, they will be displayed on the 'Contact List'

NOTE: This contact list is created in real-time based on contacts who have received the message the reminder is set for.

Meaning...if they haven't yet received that message (or if they received the message before you had created this reminder), they wouldn't be due up for the reminder.

The final steps are to checkmark if you want to receive an email alert for the reminder...or if you solely want to view that contact list within Connect 365. For emailed reminders - your account email will be sent a email notification with the reminder note and the contacts eligible. This will come from a 'noreply' email address at the @connect365.io domain.

And if you want to include All the contact details in that reminder.

ex. Let's say you set a Task Reminder to 'Call the contacts on this list'

And you have a custom field in Connect 365 that includes Phone Numbers of your contacts.

If you chose 'Include all contact details in reminder?' then the reminder you receive would list the contact's name, email, phone number and any other details you have stored on their contact record in Connect 365.
