How Can I See All Details on an Individual Contact?

Want to see which actions an individual contact has taken with your emails?

You can now get a more detailed look at all the information for an individual contact on your list.

First from your Contacts page within your account search for the contact you want more information on.

Then click the 'View' icon to the right of that contact record.

This will open the contact record so you can view contact information (Name, Email, Title, etc.).

As well as details like 'Upcoming Messages' they are scheduled to receive.

And a full list of the Campaigns and Messages they have been sent and the actions they have taken on any of those emails (Message Sent, Clicked, Opened, Replied).
