What Metrics Can I Track with Connect 365?

The main metrics/statistics you can track for each individual campaign within the Connect 365 system are -

  • How many emails were sent
  • How many emails were opened
  • How many people replied
  • How many people clicked my tracked link
  • How many emails Bounced

In order to find your metrics, Click on 'Campaigns' on the top menu bar > and then click the 'Pie' symbol of the campaign you are looking up.

Once loaded, the metrics/statistics page for your campaign will look like this -

If you'd like to look at which individuals opened, replied, clicked or bounced on a specific message, choose the icon with the 3 bulletpoints (screenshot below) to toggle through the messages and see which contacts took action.

If you'd like to dive even further into your metrics and see how many interactions a contact might have taken, you can download a full log of every interaction taken on your messaging as a csv file.


If you click on the 'Download' symbol (indicated by the red arrow above), you can download a .CSV file of all the activity that took place on that campaign and upload it to a spreadsheet for detailed viewing. That way you can see precisely who is most interested in your emails by the actions they took,  and can follow up with those individuals accordingly.
