Bounce Rates in Connect 365

Where do I find my bounced messages?

Your bounced messages show up on your campaign dashboard.

Once an address is identified as a hard bounce - it is also listed in the "do not message" tab in your contacts area and will no longer receive any emails.

Why do I have dozens of bounce notices in my gmail but Connect 365 only shows a few hard bounces in the statistics?

Connect 365 shows your hard bounces only.  These are messages that are undeliverable (non-existent e-mail or domain).  It does not count soft-bounces which are temporary (ull inbox for recipient, sending limit reached, out-of-office replies, etc.).  Gmail also will retry sending the message and will send you a "bounce notice" each time the send fails.

What is considered too high of a bounce rate?

Consistently being above 5-10% is pretty high. Ideally the lower the number the better but you'll never hit 100% effectiveness.
