Learning a new software can be tough.
But you've made a MAJOR step towards taking control of your email marketing and appointment generation.
There are three steps to getting started with Connect 365...
- Getting Your List Together - This is where you find your contacts on LinkedIn or within your gmail contacts.
- Writing Your Messages - Here's where you can find information on what to include in your messages and access copies of our message templates.
- Setting Up Your Campaign - This section how to load your contacts and messages into Connect 365 and send your campaign.

And here are the steps for getting started with Emphatic...
1) Fill out your content strategy - You did this when you first created
your account, but you can add more information by logging into your account
and going to 'Tune Content Strategy' in the menu on
the left. This is the exact information our writers use to curate your
posts, so the more information we have, the better!
2) Link your social media accounts - Since Emphatic is an automated social
media posting platform, you'll need to grant access to your social media
accounts (don't worry, no one will be able to access your login information
which is why we have you connect the accounts). You can do this by going to
'Settings' then 'Social Network Settings' in your Emphatic account. Please
note that we can only connect to company/business pages on Facebook and not
personal profiles.
3) Set up a posting schedule - You control when your posts go out and the
easiest way to do this is set up a recurring posting schedule. You can do
this by going to 'Settings' then 'Content Schedule'. You'll need to create
a posting schedule for all the platforms you plan on using.
4) Sit back and wait for your first round of posts - Once you've done all
of this our team of talented, U.S.-based writers will begin working on your
posts. Usually, you can expect them in about 3-5 days from your account
creation and you'll be notified to review them via email. Nothing ever gets
posted unless you review and approve it, so be sure to watch out for those
emails!"
