REVIEWING AND APPROVING POSTS IN C365 SOCIAL
You've linked your social media accounts, filled out your strategy, allocated your credits, and set up a posting schedule..... and now the day is finally here to review your posts, how exciting! In this article, we'll show you how to do just that.
First, it's important to note that nothing will ever get posted from C365 Social without your direct approval first. This allows our users to ensure our writers did a good job and met their needs accordingly.
Each time a batch of posts is ready to be reviewed in C365 Social, we will send you an email notification containing the batch link.

While reviewing and approving your posts you can make edits, change the order in which they will be posted after approval, and send back posts to be reworked or re-written.
Reviewing and Editing Your Posts in C365 Social
To edit a post, simply click the 'Edit Post' button at the bottom of your screen and make your changes, then click the green 'Save' button at the bottom of the post. This feature is useful for minor edits, such as adding a hashtag or changing the wording a bit.
Marking Your Posts for Corrections
For more major changes, you can mark individual posts for corrections and send them back to our writers with feedback. To do this, you can select the 'Mark for Corrections' option for each post that requires corrections.
On the next screen, you can provide feedback to our writers letting them know WHY that specific post needs corrections. Based on this information we can do two things:
1) Re-write the post for you to ensure you're getting what you want.
2) Suggest some areas in which you might change your strategy so our writers can create better content for you.
Scheduling Your Posts
Once you have reviewed your posts and marked any that require corrections, you will be taken to the scheduling portion of the review and approval process. If you've marked any posts for corrections, the system will ask you to choose between one of the following options:
- Yes, continue with scheduling
Or
- No, wait until all posts are done
If you select the first option, any posts that you have NOT marked for corrections will be approved for scheduling, while any posts that you marked for corrections will be sent back to our writing team to be reworked. This allows you to still get posts out there while you wait for your corrections on the non-approved content.
If you select the second option, then none of the posts in the batch will be approved for scheduling.
In C365 Social, you have a couple of different scheduling options to choose from:
1) Continue with automatic schedule
2) Custom schedule
3) Do not schedule this post
If you continue with the first option, the system will automatically schedule the posts according to the posting schedule rules you set up in your 'Post Schedule' tab.
If you select the custom schedule option, then you will be able to select any date and time of your choosing for that specific post.
If you select the third option, to not schedule the post at all, then the post will get sent directly to your 'History' tab upon submission of the batch and will not be scheduled or posted.
Note: You can always adjust the date and time on any of your currently-scheduled posts in C365 Social directly from your 'Scheduled' tab by pressing the small clock icon attached to each post.
Changing the Order of Your Posts
If you want to change the order in which the posts are sent out then you can hold down on the two horizontal lines next to the post and drag it to the correct spot. After you're satisfied with the new order of the posts, you can click the 'Save Order' button in the top right corner of your screen.
Finalize
After you have looked through all of your posts, marked the ones that need corrections, re-arranged the order, and selected your scheduling options, you can click 'Finalize' in the upper right corner of the screen.
