Integrate Your Other Software with Connect 365 Using Zapier

Want people who opt into your website to automatically be added to Connect 365?  Want to use Connect 365 to email people in your CRM?  You can with Zapier.

Zapier is a third-party service that allows you to integrate Connect 365 with hundreds of different programs.

Recent updates to Zapier integrations (1/6/21):

We've recently released an update to our Zapier integration to allow you greater control over triggers from Connect 365 that can create new actions with other software you are already using.

The new triggers added to our Zapier integration are to allow a trigger to be 'When a Tag is Added to a Contact in Connect 365' and 'When a Tag is Removed from a Contact in Connect 365.'

Some use cases could include if you wanted to update your CRM based on your tag changes within Connect 365. You would set the trigger of 'When a Tag is Removed from a Contact in Connect 365' then you'd pick the tag within Connect 365 that should trigger an action, finally you'd set the action ie 'Update contact record in Salesforce.'
