Exporting Contacts from An Outlook.com account
If you don’t have gmail - you can export your contacts out of your email provider and import them into Connect 365.
Here’s how that works with Outlook on the web:
- Go to People Tab (yellow arrow)
- Click button next to contacts (select all - or you can go through and just select the contact you want to add to connect 365 by clicking the box next to their name) (purple arrow)
- Click manage contacts button on top right
- Choose export - pick the folder you want to export from (for most people it is all contacts)
- Click the export button and the file will download to your PC. (green arrow)
You'll end up with a .csv file that you can use to import your contact into Connect 365.
