Adding Your Gmail Email Signature to Your Connect 365 Emails
A Gmail or Google Workspace email signature can hold up to 10,000 characters.
Emails you are sending out from Connect 365 can include your email signature, you'll just need to use the replacement text in the body of your message.
The replacement text for an email signature is: {email_signature}
Within your message editor you can either paste the above replacement text, or choose it from the 'Replacement Text' dropdown in the message editor.
You will need to have a signature saved within your Gmail account in order to utilize this function.
