Segmenting (Targeting) Your Contacts With Tags

One of the most powerful features of the Connect 365 is the ability to send messages to specific people within your contact list.  This is called segmenting.

You can segment your list using the search field on the Manage Contacts screen.  Click the drop down you can pick and choose what criteria to search for.  

For example, if you want to send a message to the Realtors - you would change the drop down to Job Title and then type in Realtor.  Note - you need to have the Job Title field filled in for your contacts for the search to work. 

Once you've found the group you wish to target, hit the checkbox by the people you want then hit Actions > Assign tags and give them a tag that you can easily tell them apart from the rest. It's as easy as that.
