Receiving an Error Saving Messages within a Campaign
There are circumstances that can cause our system to need a refreshing of your Timezone settings.
If you are attempting to create a new message within a campaign and are receiving a red error message when attempting to save, there is a quick settings adjustment to the campaign timezone that we recommend.
To do this, first click the Edit icon on the campaign you are attempting to edit from your main Campaigns Page.
Next, hit the settings tab within your specific campaign.
From the Campaign's Settings page, scroll to the bottom and click 'Save' to refresh the timezone settings for your campaign..
After doing that, you should be able to save your message edits within the campaign.
