RESCHEDULING FAILED POSTS IN EMPHATIC

Don't worry! It's super simple and easy to get your postings back on track! Here are the steps you'll need to follow:
1) Log in to Emphatic
2) Go to 'Link Accounts' and refresh your account connection by pressing the small circular arrow next to the connection labeled 'Refresh account'.
3) Go to 'Batches' then 'Scheduled' to view any posts that failed to be posted. These posts will be highlighted in Red.
4) Reschedule any failed posts by clicking the small clock icon, which will take you to the batch that contains the post. Then you'll click the clock again and choose a new date/time for the post to be posted.
5) Repeat this process for any and all posts that failed to go out and you'll be back on track!
